RÉSUMÉ

CHAMBER MUSIC:
CHROMA - founder member of this critically acclaimed chamber ensemble. Regular appearances throughout UK including the Purcell Room, the Warehouse (BMIC Cutting Edge Series), Bradford Cathedral, Corsham festival, Buxton Festival, Little Missenden festival, Great Comp Festival, The Tate, St Ives, Fair Isle and Shetland, and Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. Most recently completed a tour of the Scottish Borders.

Duo partnership with Natasa Lipovsek – they have been rapidly establishing themselves as a duo of some repute. Avid explorers of the repertoire of works for cello and piano, they programme an interesting mixture of lesser-known works with the greats. Future plans take them to Kelso, Norwich, Lincolnshire and Germany.

New Music Players – Concerts in Cheltenham, Leeds and Brighton, and recorded Michael Finnissey’s Piano Trio A Propos de Nice for Metier Records.

Rothko String Trio - founder member of exciting group, inspired by the artist Mark Rothko to perform classical and contemporary music in a dynamic way. Concerts include world premieres by Raymond Yiu, Peter Nickol and Alastair Stout.

Orchestra of the Swan - Clare has been playing regularly with this exciting and innovative chamber orchestra since 2005 , including co-principal work.

With an annual programme of 40 concerts Orchestra of the Swan has national recognition for outstanding performances, innovative programming and accessible presentation.

Brunel Ensemble - chamber concerts at St Georges, Brandon Hill andHighgate Church, including performance of "Pierrot Lunaire".

Savage String Quartet - many concerts throughout UK including Fairfield Halls, Croydon and Square Chapel, Halifax. Broadcast on Radio 3 as part of Halifax Chamber Musicians Platform, performed to HRH Prince of Wales at Sandringham and performed Mendelssohn Octet with Belcea Quartet.

Regular 'cellist for Hereford Summer School for pianists working with eminent pianists James Lisney, Simon Nicholls and Daphne Ellis. Also duo recitals with James Lisney  and concerts with the Mainardi Piano Trio.

Community Education projects with members of BBC Symphony Orchestra. Education projects in schools, and composers workshops with Chroma, including work in primary schools in London and Norwich and GCSE project work with two inner London schools as part of Spitalfields Festival.
